Please Bookmark once you get to the site of your choice as you will find the information is constantly being updated on a per page basis, (look to the bottom of the page for the date), and you no longer need to refer to this page. Special consideration must be given when Bookmarking a page that uses Frames. You'll know it's a Frame Site because the scrollbar(s) (that's what we call that thing on the right that let's you move up & down the page), will be all over the place. Normally there is only one page for your browser to look at but through the marvels of technology, a Frame page is actually made up of serveral pages that if done well, look almost like one. A Frame site if done correctly will always have what's called an Index or Navigation Page, (usually on the far right or bottom), that never changes while you are at that site. Using your mouse, click on that part of the page and then Bookmark. Frame page or not, you usually click on the page to tell your browser what you are looking at. On a Frame page for example, if you use your up/down arrows before clicking on the page, nothing will happen. Your browser is still waiting for you to tell it which page your looking at. If you Bookmark the page that moves up & down, that is the page you will go to when you use your bookmark and then you can't go anywhere because there is no way to navigate. You can also Bookmark this page if you still want to refer to it and in your Bookmark Page click on Properties, then add the word "Gateway" to the title. Where would you like to go? No Frames Frames
